Do I need a degree to teach?
You should be a graduate (or about to graduate this year), preferably with a 1st, upper 2nd or lower 2nd class degree in a subject relevant to the one that you wish to teach.

About YWTT
Yorkshire Wolds Teacher Training (YWTT) is a School-Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) provider, offering both primary and secondary teacher training courses. Trainees spend the majority of their time in placement at one of over 90 partner schools across the Humber region, including Hull, East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.
We offer a bespoke and supportive training package which aims to meet the needs of each individual. Trainees are supported from the very start their journey by experienced tutors at YWTT and mentors in their placement schools.
